Smith County Sheriff’s Office

— Deputies charged Matthew Leroy Hett, 38, of Tyler, with property theft by check worth $750 to $2,500 at 2:53 a.m. Friday. Hett was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had a $10,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Gregory Kenneth McCleskey, 62, of Troup, with terror threat causing impairment of public service at 12:51 p.m. Thursday. McCleskey was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. He had a $300,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Juan Armanda Mendez, 43, of Dallas, with engaging in organized criminal activity at 12:59 a.m. Friday. Mendez was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $500,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Jeffery Lynn Morris, 57, of Lindale, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more at 11:47 a.m. Thursday. Morris was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. He had a $25,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Joshua Wayne Saizon, 29, of Tyler, with burglary of a habitation at 1:07 p.m. Thursday. Saizon was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $25,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Misti Darlene Strickland, 36, of Mesquite, with assault causing bodily injury to a pregnant person at 1:49 a.m. Friday. Strickland was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $7,500 bond.

Tyler Police Department

— Police charged Amber Rochelle Alfaro, 26, of Tyler, with public intoxication at 11:02 p.m. Thursday. Alfaro was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released Friday. She had a $500 bond.

— Police charged Darryl Dean Glenn Jr., 24, of Tyler, with failure to identify fugitive intent to give false information, resist arrest search or transport, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and parole violation at 1:05 a.m. Friday. Glenn was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $7,500, $2,500, $2,500 and $500.

— Police charged Shelly Sustaire, 48, of Lindale, with public intoxication at 7:24 a.m. Thursday. Sustaire was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.

— Police charged Devonte Deshawn Jackson, 27, of Henderson, with assault causing bodily injury, two charges of violating a promise to appear, two charges of no driver’s license, speeding, two charges of failure to appear/ bail jumping and failure to identify fugitive from justice at 1:10 a.m. Friday. Rusk Police Department issued the warrants for the assault causing bodily injury charge, one of the no driver’s license charges and one of the violating a promise to appear charges. Jackson was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $1,000 bond and other bonds not set.

Lindale Police Department

— Police charged Jamie Ann Dodd, 43, of Van, with public intoxication at 2:01 a.m. Friday. Dodd was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. She had a $260 bond.

— Police charged Thomas Jason Dodd, 43, of Van, with public intoxication at 2:51 a.m. Friday. Dodd was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had a $260 bond.

Texas Department of Public Safety

— Troopers charged Justin Smith, 25, of Tyler, with evading arrest at 2:59 a.m. Friday. Smith was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $1,500 bond.

— Troopers charged Shontique Theus, 40, of Dallas, with unauthorized use of a vehicle at 3:16 a.m. Friday. Theus was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.

Smith County Adult Probation

— Officers charged Shemonique Danielle Dorsey, 28, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated under the age of 15 at 8:08 p.m. Thursday. Dorsey was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $25,000 bond.

— Officers charged Luke Edward Pendley, 21, of Tyler, with assault of a family/household member impeding breath or circulation at 3:54 a.m. Friday. Pendley was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $150,000 bond.

— Officers charged Kaicee Deon Williams, 21, of Tyler, with injury to a child, elderly or disabled criminal negligence at 3:23 a.m. Friday. Williams was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $25,000 bond.

United States Marshal Service

— The agency charged Roberto Martinez, 23, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram and prohibited weapon at 3:08 a.m. Friday. Martinez was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds not set.
