SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies charged Daniel Jay Wieneke, 60, of Lindale, with driving while intoxicated. He was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday with time served.

Deputies charged Adam Thorton, 27, of Tyler, with injury to child/elderly/disabled reckless bodily injuries and evading arrest detention. Thorton was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $25,000 and $5,000.

Deputies charged Lorenzo Robles, 28, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. He was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had a $500 bond.

Deputies charged Carlos Albe Ramirez-Castillo, 25, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury. Ramirez-Castillo was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday with time served.

Deputies charged Sandy Denise Polite, 42, of Tyler, with theft of property greater than $750 and less than $2,500. Polite was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. She had a $1,000 bond.

Deputies charged Sandra Kay Morphis, 24, of Flint, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Morphis was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $3,000 bond.

Deputies charged Darren Wayne Johnson, 25, of Tyler, with driving while license invalid, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. Johnson was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had bonds of $763, $763 and $626.

Deputies charged Sarah Elizabeth Holcomb, 23, of Tyler, with theft of property greater than $750 and less than $2,500. Holcomb was in Smith County Saturday and released Monday with a week ender work release.

Deputies charged Clayton James Hemphill, 25, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15. Hemphill was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released with a work release.

Deputies charged Jeramy Wayne Hastings, 38, of Hideaway, driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container for the third time or more. Hastings was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.

Deputies charged Juan Luis Gil, 26, of Mount Pleasant, with driving while intoxicated. He was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had a $500 bond.

Deputies charged Joshua Seth Friedlander, 32, of Tyler, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest detent with previous conviction and burglary of a habitation intending to other felony. Friedlander was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $100,000, $50,000 and $100,000.

Deputies charged Kalvin Rashod Fields, 24, of Tyler, with speeding, no driver’s license (when unlicensed), failure to appear and assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Fields was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had a $5,000 bond.

Deputies charged Wayne Elwood, 62, of Lindale, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Elwood was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had a $5,000 bond.

Deputies charged Deena Rae Coulter, 31, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. She was in Smith County Sunday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.

Deputies charged Connor Aron Cottrell, 28, of Lindale, with injury to a child/elderly/disabled with reckless bodily injury. Cottrell was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a bond not set.

Deputies charged Teresa Lynn Copeland, 55, of Balch Springs, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15, possession of penalty group three controlled substance less than 28 grams. Copeland was in Smith County Jail Sunday without bond.

Deputies charged George McCrary Cook, 37, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Cook was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with a week ender work release.

Deputies charged Harvey Lee Calhoun, 56, of Bossier, Louisiana, with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and theft of property greater than $2,500 and less than $30,000. Calhoun was in Smith County Jail Friday and released on the same day. He had bonds of $100,000 and $100,000.

Deputies charged Robin Harold Butt, 55, of Jacksonville, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15. Butt was in Smith County Jail Sunday without bond.

Deputies charged Tony Bradford, 65, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Bradford was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.

Deputies charged Amber Latrelle Bice, 36, of Chandler, with possession of penalty group three controlled substance less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of a dangerous drug, possession of penalty group two controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams, driving while intoxicated for the third time or more, bail jumping and failure to appear felony and bail jumping and failure to appear felony. Bice was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $5,000, $1,000, $5,000, $250,000, $250,000, $5,000 and $5,000.

Deputies charged Anthony Richard Beam, 46, of Tyler, with possession of penalty group one controlled substance greater than 4 grams and less than 200 grams, abandon endanger child criminal negligence and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Beam was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $30,000, $30,000 and $1,000.

Deputies charged Bradley Wayne Baker, 54, of Athens, with theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. He was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day.

Deputies charged Omar Acuna, 19, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injuries. Acuna was in Smith County Jail Monday and release the same day. He had a $1,000 bond.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged William Devon Thomas, 22, of Tyler, with assault on family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Thomas was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $100,000 bond.

Officers charged Colby C Thomas, 42, of Hawkins, with accident involving damage to vehicle and public intoxication. He was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $5,000 and $500.

Officers charged Billy Ray Smith Jr., 70, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Smith was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Tuesday. He was released to another agency.

Officers charged Noah Morris, 27, of Tyler, with public intoxication. Morris was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had a $500 bond.

Officers charged Raul Cornelio Morales, 45, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Morales was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $2,500 bond.

Officers charged Leslie Jazmin Martinez, 19, of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, with aggravated robbery. She was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $250,000 bond.

Officers charged Bryan Lee Calhoun, 23, of Tyler, with criminal trespass, unlawful carrying of a weapon, discharge firearm in certain municipalities, assault (physical contact), and failure to appear/bail jumping. Calhoun was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $5,000, $3,000 and $3,000.

Troopers charged Devina Thompson, 46, of Bullard, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. She was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. She had a $1,500 bond.

Troopers charged Giovanni Murilllo, 21, of Nacogdoches, with driving while intoxicated for the second time and fleeing a police officer. Murillo was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had bonds of $1,500 and $500.

Troopers charged Darren Tremaine Jackson, 36, of Keithville, Louisiana, with possession of penalty group one controlled substance greater than 400 grams and possession of marijuana greater than 4 ounces and less than 5 pounds. Jackson was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had bonds of $20,000 and $5,000.

Troopers charged Jacob Lee Gattis, 23, of Winona, with burglary of vehicles. Gattis was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $5,000 bond.

LINDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Clifton Andrew Greene, 53, of Tyler, with robbery/parole violation, failure to appear/bail jumping and theft of less than $100. Greene was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $808.30 and $1,339.

Officers charged Aulderson Levi Franklin Jr., 50, of Lindale, with injury to child/elderly/disabled with intention of bodily injury. Franklin was in Smith County Jail Monday and released Tuesday. He had a $75,000 bond.

SMITH COUNTY ADULT PROBATION

Officers charged Evy Cornelio Paredez, 31, of theft of property greater than $1,500 and less than $20,000. She was in Smith County Jail Friday with a bond not set.

Officers charged Austin Ray Lester, 18, of Bullard, with theft of firearm with condition and burglary of a habitation with condition. Lester was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $2 million and $500,000.

Officers charged Joe Huang, 51, of Dacula, Georgia, with manufacture or delivery of penalty group two controlled substance greater than or equal to 400 grams. Huang was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $500,000 bond.

TROUP POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Cathy Ford Young, 60, of Troup, with driving while intoxicated. Young was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.
