Smith County Sheriff’s Office

— Deputies charged Todd Michael Allen, 24, of Tyler, with failure to identify as a fugitive/intent by giving false information and a parole violation at 2:26 p.m. Thursday. Allen was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

— Deputies charged Geurin Lee Clary, 28, of Gladewater, with failure to appear and possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia at 4:53 p.m. Thursday. Clary was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. He had bonds of $630 and $763.

— Deputies charged James Cody Leggett, 38, of Tyler, with forgery of government/national instrument/money/security at 4:33 p.m. Thursday. Leggett was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $50,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Clara J. Madison, 37, of Tyler, with possession of marijuana between 5 and 50 pounds at 12:44 a.m. Friday. Madison was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. She had a $10,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Madison Macala Martin, 21, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 3:18 p.m. Thursday. Martin was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $1,500 bond.

— Deputies charged Chrystal Shunta McGowan, 36, of Tyler, with forgery to defraud or harm of another at 12:42 p.m. Thursday. McGowan was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. She had a $2,500 bond.

— Deputies charged Steven Robert Patton, 57, of Frankston, with intoxication assault with a vehicle at 10:40 a.m. Thursday. Patton was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $100,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Shaylie Raylene Reyes, 26, of Gladewater, with burglary of a coin-operated/collection machine, abandon/endanger child criminal negligence and burglary of a building at 1:53 a.m. Thursday. Reyes was also charged with fraud use/possession of less than five identifying information items by the Lindale Police Department. Reyes was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds of $3,000, $5,000, $15,000 and $10,000.

— Deputies charged Marcus Sanchez, 29, of Bullard, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15 at 2:29 a.m. Friday. Sanchez was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.

— Deputies charged Thomas Keith Sweet, 28, with property theft worth $2,500 to $30,000, burglary of vehicles, burglary of a coin-operated/collection machine, fraud use/possession of less than five identifying information items, evading arrest detention, abandon/endanger children criminal negligence, criminal mischief worth $100 to $750 and three charges of burglary of a building at 5:04 a.m. Thursday. The Morris County Sheriff’s Office issued the warrants for three of the burglary charges and criminal mischief. Sweet was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds of $250,000, $2,500, $5,000, $15,000, $10,000, $2,500, $500, $3,000, $3,000 and $2,500.

— Deputies charged Robert Warrick, 52, of Whitehouse, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 6:05 p.m. Thursday. Warrick was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released Friday. He had a $1,000 bond.

Tyler Police Department

— Police charged Jorge Hernandez, 23, of Tyler, with unlawful carrying of a weapon and driving while intoxicated at 3:18 a.m. Friday. Hernandez was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had bonds of $1,000 and $500.

— Police charged Robert Edward Lee, 49, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15 at 1:01 a.m. Friday. Lee was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $1,000 bond.

— Police charged Lauren Nicole White, 32, of Tyler, with resisting arrest search or transport, property theft worth $100 to $750 and possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 5:41 p.m. Thursday. White was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released Friday. She had bonds of $1,000, $1,500 and $500.

— Officers charged James Robert Baker Jr., 36, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more at 5:28 p.m. Thursday. Baker was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

— Officers charged Kristie Nicole Barnes, 34, of Tyler, with criminal mischief costing $2,500 to $30,000 at 4:32 p.m. Thursday. Barnes was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $70,000 bond.

— Officers charged Cecilia Comacho, 20, of Tyler, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/insufficient bond at 11:58 a.m. Thursday. Comacho was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. She had a $25,000 bond.

— Officers charged Grayson Patrick Haxton, 20, of Lindale, with manufacturing or delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams at 8:46 a.m. Thursday. Haxton was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

— Officers charged Kendrick Jawaan Kelley, 34, of Dallas, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15 at 11:37 a.m. Thursday. Kelley was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

— Officers charged Jose Ismael Martinez-Moran, 21, of Whitehouse, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15 at 1:43 p.m. Thursday. Martinez-Moran was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission

— The commission charged Kali Renee Lindley, 28, of Tyler, with selling alcohol to minors at 9:32 a.m. Thursday. Lindley was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. She had a $1,500 bond.

Smith County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office

— The constable’s office charged Chauncey Lynette Mercer, 44, of Lindale, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams at 12:25 a.m. Friday. Mercer was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. She had a $2,500 bond.

— The constable’s office charged Tesla Dawn Russell, 29, of Lindale, with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, two charges of failure to appear and displaying an expired registration at 2:35 a.m. Friday. Russell was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $768, $630, $508 and $630.

United States Marshal Service

— The agency charged Michael Wayne Simpson, 38, of Tyler, with aggravated robbery and possession of marijuana between 5 and 50 pounds at 2:04 p.m. Thursday. Simpson was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds of $150,000 and $10,000.

Smith County Juvenile Parole

— The agency charged Nathan John Tullar, 37, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more at 5:12 p.m. Thursday. Tullar was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

Texas Department of Public Safety

— Troopers charged Cheri Johnson Zucca, 52, of Flint, with driving while intoxicated at 2:03 a.m. Friday. Zucca was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.
