Officers charged James David Burleson Jr., 44, of Tyler, with boating while intoxicated for the third or more time. Burleson was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had a $20,000 bond.

Officers charged Ernest C. Elliott, 59, of Tyler, with boating while intoxicated for the second time. Elliott was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had a $2,000 bond.

Officers charged Steven Ray Hubbard, 30, with boating while intoxicated for the second time. Hubbard was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had a $2,000 bond.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY

Troopers charged Ricky Lee Hutchins Jr., 29, of Wylie, with parole violation, evading arrest detention with previous conviction, manufacture delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance greater than 4 and less than 200 grams, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and theft of a firearm. Hutchins was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds of $10,000, $75,000, $50,000 and $10,000.

Troopers charged Jeremy Marquis Robinson, 28, of Tyler, with robbery. Robinson was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday with a $10,000 bond.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies charged Cicero Murphy Miller Jr., 25, of Spring, with tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair. Miller was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. He had a $20,000 bond.

Deputies charged Elmer Villegas Guerrero, 27, of Tyler, with theft of property between $750 and $2,500, unauthorized use of a vehicle, evading arrest detention and resist arrest search or transport. Guerrero was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $5,000, $2,000 and $2,000.

Deputies charged Eric D. Hernandez-Rodriguez, 30, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance greater than 4 and less than 200 grams and immigration. Hernandez-Rodriguez was in Smith County Jail Friday with a bond not set.

Deputies charged Joshua Lee Sammons, 28, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member and assault causing bodily injury. Sammons was in Smith County Jail Sunday. He had two bonds of $10,000 each.

Deputies charged Benjamin Hunter Shoults, 28, of Tyler, with injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury, ran stop sign, failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving while license invalid and violate promise to appear (uniform act). Shoults was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $75,000, $534, $804, $524 and $548.

Deputies charged Sarah Marie Stafford, 26, of Tyler, with injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury, assault causes bodily injury to a family member. Stafford was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $75,000 and $5,000.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Jackson Lee Molina, 18, of Tyler, with theft of a firearm. Molina was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released Friday. He had a $10,000 bond.

Officers charged Jordan Titus McNeal, 20, of Dallas, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance between 4 to 400 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and aggravated assault with deadly weapon. McNeal was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday with bonds of $25,000, $500 and $75,000.

Officers charged Quinton Dewone Specks, 28, of Tyler, with assault on family/household member with previous conviction, interfere with emergency required for assistance, theft of Class C and assault on family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Specks was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $50,000, $1,000 $500, $10,000.

SMITH COUNTY ADULT PROBATION

Officers charged Martinique Sheffield, 36, of Cypress, with credit card or debit card abuse. Sheffield was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. She had a $30,000 bond.

Officers charged Katenna Sherea Tave, 34, of Tyler, with tamper/fabricate physical evidence. Tave was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a bond of $30,000.

Officers charged Nathaniel Isiah Ervin, 20, of Flint, with criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000. Ervin was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $100,000 bond.

Officers charged Eddie Magallanez, 40, of Tyler, with assault on family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Magallanez was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.

Officers charged Jacob Michael Ray, 34, of Whitehouse, with obstruction or retaliation. Ray was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $50,000 bond.

LINDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Earsel Gene Pierce Jr., 58, of Mineola, with burglary of building. Pierce was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $25,000 bond.
