Commercial

n A parking lots permit in Broadway Square Mall Addition subdivision at 4601 S. Broadway Ave. with a value of $400,000.

n A hospitals and institutions permit in subdivision at 3130 E. 5th St. with a value of $1,615,047.

n A parking lots permit in Glenbrook Addition subdivision at 2608 McDonald Road 100 with a value of $250,000.

n A banks and professional offices permit in the Tyler Industrial Park subdivision at 2445 Earl Campbell Parkway with a value of $474,750.

n A permit in Lincoln Plaza subdivision at 2121 W. Gentry Pkwy. with a value of $75,000.

Residential

n A single-family permit at 1929 W. Jackson St.
