Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Bluegrass Band

Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Bluegrass Band returns to Liberty Hall, 103 E. Erwin St., for a concert at 7 p.m. Saturday.

The quartet performs the music of the Beatles with traditional bluegrass instruments and in new arrangements.

Filipino singers headline Diva2Diva2

Kuh Ledesma and Zsa Zsa Padilla, two singers from the Philippines, will headline the Diva2Diva2 concert set for 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Caldwell Auditorium, 300 S. College Ave.

Also set to take the stage are Mitch Valdes and Nanette Inventor.

The concert is being brought by Bobaloompia, a Tyler eatery that serves Filipino Food and Bubble tea drinks. Tickets begin at $25 and are available on eventbrite.com.

High Hill Farm presents annual Jazz Festival

The Third Annual High Hill Farm Jazz Festival is set form 1 to 7 p.m. Saturday at High Hill Farm, 12626 County Road 17 in Arp.

The event will include live entertainment and music.

Ticket cost $10 or $20 and are available on the venue's Facebook page. 

Palestine launches summer concert series

The Palestine Summer Concert Series begins Saturday with a performance by Chris Oliver & Company.

It will take place at 6 p.m. at the Oxbow Hollow Stage, 215 E. Crawford. Admission is $10. Patrons should bring lawn chairs.

Marty Haggard pays tribute in Gilmer to dad

Marty Haggard, son of the late country singer Merle Haggard, will pay tribute to his famous father in a concert set for 7 p.m. Friday at Gilmer Civic Center, U.S. Highway 271, Gilmer.

Haggard is set to perform some of his original music and his father's biggest hits as well as share family stories.

Tickets cost $30 and will be sold at the door beginning at 6 p.m.

Rhett Butler due in Winnsboro on Saturday

Singer/musician Rhett Butler will perform in concert at 7 p.m. Saturday on the Bowery Stage at Winnsboro Center for the Arts, 200 Market St.

Butler is known for his ability to play two guitars at once and for having conversations with his audience.

Tickets cost $15 or $22 and are available in advance at winnsborocenterforthearts.com.
