Families with infants, toddlers and preschoolers are invited to the Library on weekday mornings for age-appropriate story times that include reading, singing and playtime. For sessions starting before the Library opens, please enter through the auditorium’s external door. See below for more program information.
Please note, there will be no sessions of Infant Story Time or Toddler Time on Wednesday, March 4. Additionally, there will be no story times for any story time sessions during the week of March 9 through 13.
Mondays at 10:30 a.m.: Leeme un Cuento is a Spanish story time geared for ages 3 to 6 years, but all ages are welcome.
Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.: Toddler Time is suggested for ages 18 to 36 months.
Wednesdays at 9:15 a.m.: Infant Lap and Play Time is for babies age 0 to 18 months.
Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.: Read Aloud Crowd is geared for preschoolers ages 3 to 5 years, but all ages are welcome.
**Thursday, March 5 at 10:30 in Taylor Auditorium: Dr. Seuss Story Time is geared for ages 2 to 6 years, but all ages are welcome. Story time will feature reading, singing, and a Dr. Seuss-themed activity.
Sensory-Friendly Story Time
Thursdays, March 5 and 19 at 11:30 a.m.: Presented in partnership with BlueSprig Pediatrics, this is a story time for children of all ages on the autism spectrum, with attention deficits or other differing abilities. Story time will feature reading and sensory-friendly activities.
