Tyler Public Library Maker Space sessions are held every 2nd and 4th Saturday featuring activities and learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math.

The following programs are recommended for ages 10 through 18 and registration is required.

Make a Robotic Hand out of Cardboard

Kids can learn about the science of robotics and make their own robotic arm out of cardboard. This program is on Sept. 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the third-floor Makerspace. Registration is required and is limited to 15 participants. Spaces will only be held until 2:15 p.m.

Creative Writing

On Sept. 28 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the third-floor Makerspace, kids are invited to experience the fun of creative writing. Our instructor will show you fun ways to spark your creativity that you can use to write your own story. Registration is required and is limited to 15 participants. Spaces will only be held until 2:15 p.m.
