Second annual Rose City Music Festival set for Saturday in downtown Tyler

The Rose City Music Festival is almost here.
This Saturday, the second annual live music event will take over the Tyler downtown square, with a lineup that includes East Texas’ own Whiskey Myers, who have not played in Tyler since 2015, and award-winning rapper Ludacris.

There will also be performances from Matt Koziol and DJ Shayne Payne.
Its inaugural concert, which featured Koe Wetzel and Nelly, as well as Tyler’s own Fritz Hager III, drew more than 7,000 people to the square in 2022.
Tickets are not sold at the gate so you must purchase them online. Some VIP tickets are still available.
According to the Rose City Music Festival’s Facebook page, restaurants that will be joining the festival include: ETX Brewing Co., Country Meat Market, Clear Springs Tyler, FD’s Grillhouse, Stanley’s Famous Pit Bar-B-Q, Noodles & Dumplings-Tyler, Prime102, Papacita’s of Tyler, Yamato Tyler, Caribbean Kitchen, Tiba Grill-Tyler,Tx, Villa Montez and much more.
There will be three gate entries this year:
Gate 1 will be at W. Erwin and N. College Ave

Gate 2 will be at W. Ferguson and N. College Ave
All general admission ticket holders and concertgoers are able to enter through these gates. You will be able to re-enter through these gates as well as long as you have your wristband.
Gate 3 will be for VIP Only with an entrance on North Spring Avenue.

VIP ticket holders will be able to enter at 2 p.m., then general admission ticket holders will enter at 3 p.m., and for those who are only attending the concert, their entry time is at 4:30 p.m.
