The 2015 Whitehouse Citywide Garage Sale  is set for Saturday, Oct. 17, at locations throughout Whitehouse. Residents are encouraged to host garage sales as part of the effort coordinated by Keep Whitehouse Beautiful.

Whitehouse residents, businesses and organizations can sign up to hold a garage sale by sending an email to info@keepwhitehousebeautiful.com with the address of the sale and any items of interest.

Keep Whitehouse Beautiful will do all the advertising for the sale, in print, online and on the radio. Last year, more than 60 locations held garage sales. Shoppers will find a list at www.keepwhitehousebeautiful.com, that will be updated twice a week until the Friday night before the sale. 

“Each year, this event gets bigger and better and we feel it is important to continue the message of reuse with the garage sales. We are happy to help out the residents of Whitehouse with their fall cleanup efforts,” Beverly Casey, Keep Whitehouse Beautiful president, said in a statement.
