Well said, Steve, but you will never convince Bill on the FT because he has a convenient answer for everything positive on the FT. His answer always is "everything on the FT website is bogus and self-serving". All the research, all the economists backed papers with solid research, all the proven support, is bogus in the world according to Bill. He only offers his own vague and unsubstantiated opinions or quotes from other FT opponents that have been dispelled over and over in books and research papers.
But Bill will continue because he believes his own rhetoric. Let him have his say, maybe he will go away.
