Post Subject: Handicap Parking Read Article
I Fully support your right to a parking permit. The people speaking out against them have never had to deal with a handicap.
I myself will find a space further away rather than hunt for a closer one. Both of my parents are disabled. But my father has been questioned at times for his need.
When taking my mother out, I will pull up to the front of the store and get her into her wheelchair and let her sit inside until I find a space, not a handicaped even though the car is issued one. Because "I" am not the handicaped person.
I wish people would be more understanding and leave the handicaped spaces for those who truly need them like you.
