No, there were not 300 child prisoners at Guantanamo.

As of May, there were 270 prisoners still in Guantanamo, about 80 are headed for trial, the rest for release after some country agrees to accept them, but so far no takers. No, they weren't 15.

Seymour Hersh never reported about any 15 year old boys dying in captivity in Guantanamo.

He never interviewed a 12 year old there.

The author is either intentionally lying, or not motivated enough to research his accusations. In any event he owes an apology to the Marine Corps and the Joint Task Force, who operate Camp X-Ray, and to the Tyler Paper readers he deceived.
