Nice letter - I agree. John Hagee, Jerry Falwell, and Pat Robertson have also made some pretty off the wall statements about 911, hurricane Katrina, and God punishing us for our sins.
Who knows why they say what they say. It is just sad to blame a terrorist attack or a natural disaster on God's revenge.
