Sunny skies today
It’s going to be mostly sunny and warm today with high temperatures near 90 degrees. Winds will be southeast 5 to 10 mph. The cold front that followed the thunderstorms Tuesday became stationary near the upper Texas coast Wednesday. That frontal boundary will move northward through our area today, and it could trigger a few showers and thunderstorms as moisture returns Friday. Otherwise, the weather will stay mostly sunny and warm with highs in the high 80s through the weekend.
