UPDATE: Signals Back in Service at Highway 31 W and Loop 323 being after accident
UPDATE: Tyler Police said the traffic signals at Texas Highway 31 West and West Loop 323 are back in service as of about 8 p.m.
This was after an 18-wheeler crashed into a signal pole at that intersection earlier Monday.
