Jury deliberating case against alleged child rape suspect
A Smith County jury is deciding if Cesar Gomez , 33, of Tyler is guilty of continuously raping a child from 2007 to 2011.
The offense is punishable by 25 to 99 years or life.
DPS officials testified this morning that Gomez' semen was found on the girl's bedding during testing.
