A.M. UPDATE: Stormy skies over East Texas; earthquake hits near Timpson
STORMY SKIES OVER EAST TEXAS
The big story this morning is that we're all keeping our eyes to the skies in anticipation of some stormy weather in East Texas later today. High winds and even isolated tornadoes are possible as a cold front blasts through the area and the mass of warm air presently in place over Texas.

EARTHQUAKE HITS NEAR TIMPSON
Our news partners at KYTX CBS 19 report that yet another earthquake occurred early today near Timpson in Shelby County. The U.S. Geological Survey says a two point eight magnitude earthquake hit just outside the Timpson area around 6:40 this morning.
The Shelby County Sheriff's Department told CBS19 there are no reports of any injuries or damage. Nerves there are still a little rattled. On Friday, a four point one magnitude earthquake hit the same area. There was no damage or injuries reported in that one. This morning's earthquake makes it the fifth one the town has experienced in eight months.

TWO INJURED AT OIL TANK EXPLOSION
At least two people have been hospitalized after an explosion at an oil storage tank facility in Van Zandt County.
It happened around 3 a.m. on Highway 110 and County Road 1507, according to CBS 19. The Van Zandt County Fire Marshal says it all started when two people trespassed onto the property, then sat on top of a tank while smoking a cigarette. That's when the fire started.
The Fire Marshal says the victims were taken to Parkland Hospital in Dallas with second degree burns to the face, arms and chest. Several fire departments responded to the scene including Van Zandt County, Tyler and Lindale.
