Commercial building permits were filed for a 2,081-square-foot space at Suite 103 for $60,000; and a 698-square-foot space at Suite 105 for $25,000. Butler Architectural Group is the contractor for the projects.
Burns Commercial Properties is adding on space to JV Engineers offices, at 1001 ESE Loop 323, No. 260 for $43,800. Caliber Associates, of Mineola, is the contractor.
