Dorothy Marie Inks
Services for Dorothy Marie Fritz Inks, 89, Tyler, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Paul LeBlanc of Tyler Seventh-day Adventist Church, of which she was a baptized member, officiating.
Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park with Tyler Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Inks was born Dec. 25, 1922, in Wallen County, Ind., to John and Mary Fritz. She was the last survivor of all her brothers and one sister. She was married to Russel W. Inks Sr., who passed away in 2005.
In addition to being a homemaker, Mrs. Inks worked many years in the retail garment business.
She and Russel Sr. had three children, Russel W. Inks Jr. of Whitehouse, Nancy Jean Inks Ellis of Troup, who preceded her in death, and Robert W. Inks of Yakima, Wash.
She is survived by her two sons and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family, friends, and church mourn her death and will miss her very much.
