UPDATE: Drowning victim, 9 months old, dies at Dallas hospital

Charlotte Rodriguez, 9 months old, died last night at 10:30 at Children's Medical Center in Dallas, according to Tyler Police.

Tyler police are investigating the circumstances that hospitalized a 9-month-old girl Wednesday.
According to a news release issued by the Tyler Police Department, emergency responders were called to the 7400 block of Hollyoak Drive around 4:10 p.m. Charlotte Rodriguez was found unresponsive at the scene, where witnesses told authorities she apparently drowned in the bath.
The girl was taken to Children's Medical Center in Dallas and was listed in critical condition, according to the release.
