UPDATE: Crews Locate Crashed Airplane Near Gilmer Airport, Minor Injuries Reported
UPDATE:
Authorities with the Texas Department of Public Safety say emergency responders have found the airplane that crashed southeast of the Gilmer Airport in Upshur County.
Two people were found at the scene, and both suffered apparently minor injuries, dispatchers with the department said. No fatalities were reported.

The plane went down near Tranquil Road and the Upshur County Sheriff's Office, Gilmer police and fire departments, and DPS are working the accident.
Authorities said the Federal Aviation Administration has been notified of the accident, but did not know if officials were on scene.
