Bunker Constructing New Space For Spinout On Old Jacksonville
Diane Bunker is constructing a 4,001-square-foot space for her retail store Spin Out at 7266 Old Jacksonville Highway. Thornton Design & Construction is the contractor for the $400,000 project.
American State Bank is building a 2,735-square-foot bank branch at 917 ESE Loop 323 for $900,000. Transet Co., of Longview, is the contractor.
Dr. Robert Carney filed a permit for demolition work at the 55,000-square-foot building that formerly housed Swann's Furniture, at 2401 SSE Loop 323, for his Tyler Cardiovascular Consultants, PA. WRL General Contractors, of Flint, is the contractor for the $137,000 project.
Linsey Farris and Kim Kennedy are finishing out an 800-square-foot lease space at 2210 Three Lakes Parkway, Suite 150, for the retail store, Fickle Baby. B&P Ford Venture Inc., of Frankston, is the contractor for the $35,000 project.
Southside Bank filed a demolition permit for work at its 3,000-square-foot facility at 1010 E. First St. for $30,000. Southside Bancshares is the owner and Riley Harris Construction LP is the contractor.
Clendenen Properties LLC is remodeling a 1,250-square-foot office building at 3013 E. Fifth St. for Lincare. R. Hughes Construction is the contractor for the $39,000 project.
