Women's Fund's Brooke Swann Will Be Guest On Chamber Radio Show

Brooke Swann, coordinator of The Women's Fund, will be featured on this week's Tyler Chamber Radio Show.
The Women's Fund, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, is committed to maximizing the effect of women's philanthropy by pooling resources to provide grants to local organizations benefiting women and children in the community. The group's four areas of focus are education, health issues, human services, art and culture. In its first four years, the group awarded more than $400,000 in grants to 12 initiatives through Smith County organizations. The two businesses on the 30-minute radio show include Betsy Hahn, director of development for DecisionPrep; and Hector Guevara, co-owner of Omega Solutions. Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce Chief Operating Officer Henry Bell will also be interviewed on the show, found at TylerPaper.com. There will be no Tyler Chamber Radio shows on July 8 or July 15 but it will return on July 22, officials said.
