3 Juveniles Arrested In Tyler Burglary
Three juveniles were charged with burglary of a building after they allegedly broke into a local business.

About 11:39 p.m. Saturday, the Tyler Police Department received a call about several individuals breaking into vehicles at Perez Auto Sales, 1328 W. Gentry Parkway, according to a news release.

The individuals fled toward the back of the business as officers arrived on the scene, the release states.

Sgt. Paul Robeson immediately apprehended two of the individuals and provided a direction of travel for the third individual.

According to a news release, officer Timothy Hutson then located the third individual in a nearby neighborhood and placed him into custody.

All three individuals were juveniles who were found to be in possession of stolen property from the business.

The recovered property was returned to the business owner and the juveniles, whose names are being withheld, were transported to the Smith County Juvenile Attention Center where they were booked in for burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
