Memorial Day will be hot and dry just like the weekend. Skies will be mostly sunny with high temperatures near 93 degrees. Tuesday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low 90s. The upper-level ridge of high pressure that brought the hot temperatures will break down by Thursday, allowing a cold front to move into the area. The front will bring a good chance of showers and thunderstorms. The rain is expected to end Thursday night. Temperatures will be about 10 degrees cooler Thursday and Friday before a warmup starts.
