Summer Camp For Youth Athletes Starts June 4
KH Sports Training is hosting a summer camp for athletes from June 4 through July 31. Participants of football, soccer, basketball, volleyball and baseball are invited to attend.

Kelly Hitchcock, owner of KH Fitness, said the program focuses on maximizing speed and strength. It also gives you the ability to exert maximal force during high-speed movements.

Performance will include linear and lateral speed, agility, reaction time, body mechanics, flexibility and functional strength.

Each athlete will be assessed on their strengths and weaknesses, which will allow sports trainers to devise a program to address the specific needs of each athlete.

Hitchcock said trainers will work closely with physicians for rehabilitation and school programs to complement their efforts in creating the complete athlete.
