Woodcrest Management Files To Finish Old English Village Spaces
Woodcrest Management, of Fort Worth, filed building permits to finish nine retail/office spaces in Old English Village, 225 Amherst.
Suites 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 900 and 1000 -- ranging from 1,204 to 1,719 square feet -- are being remodeled for a total $161,018. Work includes demising wall, restroom, HVAC, ceiling and lighting.
Salon Boutique is being constructed in an 11,800-square-foot shell at 301 W. Heritage for $92,000. The owner is 301 West Heritage LLC.
Samuel Priddy is adding a 2,840-square-foot pavilion at The Lords House, 3114 Van Highway, for $46,373.
Midian BH LLC is combining offices at Broadway Hills Plaza Office Building 9, at 7925 S. Broadway Ave., for $25,000.
