Heat, Humidity To Stay
Mostly sunny, hot and humid weather will persist across East Texas through the Memorial Day weekend. High temperatures will be between 90 and 95 degrees. Lows will be near 70 degrees each morning. South winds today will be as strong as 20 mph with higher gusts. No rain is expected through Memorial Day Monday. A tropical low pressure system is expected to cross Florida on Memorial Day and continue moving westward through the Gulf states. As the low approaches our area, chances of rain will be a little better during the middle of next week.
