Gateway To Hope Renovating Daytime Resource Center
Pat Mallory, of Gateway to Hope, is renovating the 2,900-square-foot Gateway to Hope Day Center, a daytime resource building for the homeless.
Work includes new flooring, painting and new restrooms and A/C units. Tyler Building Systems is the contractor for the $47,750 project.
Brookshire Grocery Co. is re-roofing the Brookshire's store at 2020 Roseland Blvd. for $141,370. Beldon Roofing Co., of San Antonio, is the contractor.
Lasaster French Quarter Partners is remodeling a 1,700-square-foot retail space in the French Quarter shopping center at, 4548 S. Broadway Ave. Suite F, for $46,000. Riley Harris Construction is the contractor.
Saddleback Properties, LLC, is busting out a concrete curb and sidewalk and building a new concrete entrance at its Foot Specialists medical office, at 5826 New Copeland Road, for $7,000. Romero's Concrete is the contractor.
Carmen Gonzalez filed permits to add new walls inside two Plaza Tapatia suites for rent, a 296-square-foot space at 825 N. Beckham Ave. Suite 300 for $1,000; and a 167-square-foot space at 825 N. Beckham Ave. Suite 400 for $800.
Raymond Johnson filed a grading permit for commercial property at 109 E. Grande Blvd.
