Compass Bank Robbed
Tyler police are on the scene of a robbery at the Compass Bank, 6910 S. Broadway.
Officers made contact with bank employees who told officers that the bank had just been robbed by a white male suspect with a handgun stuck in his shorts, according to Tyler police.
The suspect is described as approximately 5-feet-10, 180 pounds, sandy blond hair, glasses, wearing a blue basketball jersey with blue shorts. The suspect took an undetermined amount of cash and left on foot headed towards Broadway, police said.
No one was hurt during the incident.
