Garden Ridge Coming to Tyler
Garden Ridge is coming to Tyler in the old Wal-Mart building that has sat vacant for years on Troup Highway.

John Kaufman, co-owner of JKS-Tyler 1044 LLC, which owns the building, confirmed today that a contract has been signed with Garden Ridge to lease the building.
Renovations will be made on the 125,000-square-foot building and the target date for opening is Aug. 1, he said.
Garden Ridge Corp. is based in Houston and is a home décor and garden center with stores across the country.
