Diduch Finishing Accounting Office In Highlands Court
Kathy Diduch is finishing a new 3,100-square-foot facility at 6723 Highlands Court for an accounting office. David Lewellen Construction is the contractor for the $100,000 project.

Trader Park is building a 2,350-square-foot facility for GymFed CrossFit at 7278 Old Jacksonville Highway, Suite 100. Thornton Design & Construction is the contractor for the $48,900 project.

Bud Jones Garage, Inc. is remodeling a 580-square-foot space for a walk-in crawfish restaurant at 500 E. Erwin St. Work includes remodeling an existing space to add a kitchen and janitorial closet and rework restrooms for $25,000. Riley Harris Construction, LP is the contractor.

Vernon Stacmore, of Longview, is remodeling a 5,500-square-foot commercial building at 929 N. Glenwood Blvd. for $50,000.

The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception filed a grading permit to replace a concrete pad at 423 S. Broadway Ave. for $2,500. Romero's Concrete Construction is the contractor for the Marian Shrine project.

The W.B. Houston Estate filed a grading permit to clear land at 802 W. Cochran St. for a church multi-purpose facility. Ed Thompson Construction is the contractor.

The Tyler Farmers Market filed a temporary use permit to set up the annual farmers market, which began Saturday and continues through Aug. 12, at 5850 Old Bullard Road, in the southwest corner of the Broadway Square Mall parking lot.

Gilbert's El Charro filed a temporary use permit to fence off a section of parking lot for music and an outdoor eating area for May 5 at 2604 E. Erwin.

Sign permits were filed by Fairway Auto Group, 4827 Troup Highway, $10,000, Leon's Signs Inc.; The Lighthouse for the Blind, 411 W. Front St., $5,000, Leon's Signs; Family Dollar, 532 E. Front St., $3,500, Kirkland Sign Co. Inc.; Tyler Cardiac & Endovascular Center, 1769 Troup Highway, $2,500, Kirkland Sign; and The Ridge Shopping Center, 6895 Oak Hill Blvd, $9,750, Kirkland Sign.

The city of Tyler filed two demolition permits to demolish a 1,120-square-foot residence at 1403 Richards St. for $6,000 and a 1,002-square-foot residence at 1900 S. Fleishel Ave., for $5,950. D.E.A.A. Corp. is the contractor for both projects.

RESIDENTIAL

Forest Meadows LLC filed permits to construct a 1,276-square-foot house at 104 Letha Court, a 1,278-square-foot house at 106 Letha Court, a 1,275-square-foot home at 108 Letha Court and a 1,274-square-foot house at 112 Letha Court for $106,000 each, and a 1,277-square-foot home at 110 Letha Court for $107,000.

Mac and Grace Ukpong are building a 3,216-square-foot home at 7756 Cherryhill Drive for $280,000. Cooper Sibley Construction, of Flint, is the contractor.

Trent Williams Construction is building a 3,355-square-foot home at 4402 Crestridge Court for $276,874.

Glenn A. Smith Development, LLC is constructing a 2,875-square-foot house at 5520 Hollytree Drive for $215,000.

Merlin Norris, of Whitehouse, is replacing a pier at 18338 Eastside Road for $18,000. Dorsey Homes, of Whitehouse, is the contractor.

Jeff and Jennifer Dozier are closing in a carport at 8464 Southland Drive for $9,500. J. Wilson Custom Homes, Ltd., of Flint, is the contractor.

Raymundo Miranda is replacing a window at 927 N. Moore Ave. for $2,500.

Carter Delleney is remodeling a home at 1318 E. Dulse for $400.

Maria Renteria filed a grading permit for 129 S. Baxter.

Driveway permits were filed by NS Construction, 1129 E. Travis; Soto Concrete, 6098 Graemont; and Key Concrete, 7118 Shaddack Ridge.

There were also five HVAC permits filed.
