Tylerite Charged With Intoxication Manslaughter In Death of Woman, 36
A 21-year-old Tyler man is behind bars after he was arrested in connection with the death of a 36-year-old woman following a car accident in the 9100 block of Paluxy Drive Wednesday night.
Tyler police said the woman, Tara Dawn Smith, died in surgery at East Texas Medical Center and her body was sent for an autopsy.
Police arrested Dallas Youman and charged him with intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle in regards to the accident that occurred shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The case remains under investigation.
