Police said that one arrest was made for residential burglary with intent to commit assault, a second-degree felony.
The suspect was acting strangely, wanting to fight with residents of the apartment complex, Sgt. Paul Robeson said.
The suspect tried to break into a home, after kicking in a door, police said. The resident of the home cut the attacker on the elbow with a knife.
No other injuries were reported.
