Henderson County Grand Jury Returns 77 Indictments
A Henderson County grand jury returned 77 true bills, according to information released by District Attorney R. Scott McKee.
Indicted last week were:
Anthony Shane Morgan, 18, Mabank, burglary of a habitation and burglary of a building,
Zachary Wayne Barbee, 25, Malakoff, burglary of a building,
Benjamin James Pearce, 32, Tool, driving while intoxicated third or more,
Kevin Dwayne Smith, 27, Athens, two counts of burglary of a habitation, two counts of burglary of a building and one count of criminal mischief < $20,000,
Jeffrey Michael Anding, 49, Athens, criminal mischief < $20,000,
James Michael Stephenson, 37, Chandler, unauthorized use of motor vehicle,
Jeffrey Glenn Akins, 41, Frankston, possession of controlled substance,
Leah Deanne Lawyer, 44, Athens, possession of marijuana,
