Equex Management Constructing Dental Clinic, Office Space
Equex Management is constructing the 9,000-square-foot Alpha First Dental Clinic and office lease space at 5605 Old Bullard Road for $1.3 million. J. Houser Construction Inc., of Canton, is the contractor.
Marvin United Methodist Church filed a permit for demolition work on a 3,900-square-foot commercial facility at 300 W. Erwin St. for $80,000. RPR Construction Co. Inc. is the contractor.
Bergfeld Realty is renovating a 1,200-square-foot space restaurant at 106 E. Eighth St. for $20,000.
