Tyler Crews Extinguish Fire on Franklin Street
A small kitchen fire spread to the attic of a house in the 100 block of East Franklin Street in Tyler on Friday.
Deputy Fire Marshal Jeff Tucker said firefighters contained the fire within minutes and the majority of the damage was superficial.
Five of the six occupants were in the house at the time the fire started, but no one was injured.
