Huge Bouquet Of Roses, April 15
ROSES: A huge bouquet of Roses to all American Red Cross volunteers.
April 15 to 21 is National Volunteer Week and the Smith County and the East Texas Piney Woods Chapters of the American Red Cross want to thank the hundreds of volunteers who make our community a great place to live.
Our volunteers help ease the suffering of our neighbors during times of tragedy; whether it is an emergency communication with a loved one in the military, a house fire, wildfires, tornadoes or other weather related events, our many volunteers are there to help.
During the upcoming week, thank a friend, family member or co-worker for their volunteer service. They are giving their precious time and talents to serve our community.
