Texas College Renovating Emmitt J. Scott High School For $450,000
Texas College is renovating its 3,200-square-foot Emmitt J. Scott facility, at 1815 N. Englewood Ave., for $450,000.
A building permit was filed with the city to complete renovation work, including converting the facility into four classrooms, one administration area, a break room area, an entry check-in administration area, a foyer seating area, boys and girls restrooms and five storage closets. J.C. Lewis Construction, LLC, of Center, is the contractor.
Dayspring United Methodist Church is adding 58 parking spaces at 315 W. Cumberland Road for $150,000. Jacobe Brothers is the contractor.
The Genecov Group is remodeling the 1,200-square-foot Wild Well Control office at 1929 SSE Loop 323 for $26,400. Work includes a new office, training room, break room, electrical and plumbing. Caliber Associates, of Mineola, is the contractor.

J.F. Nayfa filed a permit for a $4,500 sign at Fuzzy's Taco Shop, 1871 Troup Highway. Downey Sign Co. is the contractor.

Donald and Susan Neff are building a $125,000 accessory building at 6814 La Costa Drive. Backyard Connection is the contractor.
Mr. and Mrs. Caccitolo are constructing a $75,000 pool at 6090 Graemont Blvd. Trinity Valley Pools is the contractor.
Carlos and Heather Brown are building a $52,000 pool at 6962 Park Slope. Backyard Connection is the contractor.
Bob Tramel is adding a one-car garage, relocating the HVAC, a gas meter and water spicket at 5901 Brymar Court for $31,478. Landmark Homes Inc., of Flint, is the contractor.
Lorretta Dewberry is enlarging her garage for a new den with new decking, roofing and siding at 1552 Cresent for $18,000. Frank Melton, of Frankston, is the contractor.
