-- The Cougars running back had 100 yards rushing on 12 carries in the 27-20 setback to Grapeland.

DeKerrian Cooper, Chapel Hill

-- The Bulldogs quarterback ran for 106 yards and a touchdown, plus passed for 80 yards and a TD.

LaVocheya Cooper, Arp

-- The running back ran for 153 yards and two scores as the fourth-ranked Tigers pounded San Augustine, 56-13.

Kyle Childress, Grace Community

-- The senior wide receiver had six catches for 167 yards and a touchdown in the Cougars' 27-20 loss to Grapeland.

Lance Evans, Quitman

-- The Bulldog had 248 yards and three touchdowns rushing in the 34-27 loss to Mineola.

Grant Franklin, Canton

-- Franklin caught four passes for 106 yards and three touchdowns in the 48-40 setback against Edgewood.

Marcuse Gasaway, Alto

-- The Yellowjackets running back ran for 157 yards on just seven carries in the 48-6 defeat of Garrison.

Darian Godfrey, Gilmer

-- The Buckeyes quarterback completed 11 of 15 passes for 273 yards and four touchdowns in the 77-21 win against Rains.

Rashad Hall, Sulphur Springs

-- The receiver caught six passes for 100 yards and a score.

Trent Hodge, Big Sandy

-- Hodge ran for 101 yards and a score as the Wildcats stormed past Alba-Golden, 54-6.

Daniel Howard, Bullard

-- The Panthers receiver caught six passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns, plus rushed for 60 yards and another pair of scores.

Jace Jackson, Sulphur Springs

-- The receiver caught nine passes for 90 yards and three touchdowns.

Jeremy Jackson, Gilmer

-- The Buckeyes running back had 133 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries (26.6 yards per attempt).

Brock January, Cayuga

-- The Wildcats quarterback completed 10 of 15 passes for 205 yards and three touchdowns in the 57-0 blanking of Grand Saline.

Weston Jameson, Edgewood

-- The Bulldogs quarterback enjoyed a career night, completing 35 of 54 passes for 482 yards and seven touchdowns.

Javonte Jones, Alto

-- The Yellowjackets quarterback rushed 14 times for 117 yards and two touchdowns.

Malcome Kennedy, Cayuga

-- The receiver caught four passes for 101 yards and a TD.

Luke Laminack, Harmony

-- Laminack ran for 205 yards to help Harmony shut down Linden-Kildare, 14-0.

Cody Lepelley, Troup

-- Lepelley rushed 29 times for 174 yards in the loss to Sabine.

Tre'Von Lewis, Lufkin

-- Lewis ran for 124 yards for the Panthers, who held off John Tyler's upset bid, 13-12.

Aaron McLellan, Edgewood

-- McLellan caught 10 passes for 100 yards and a touchdown.

Trey Metoyer, Whitehouse

-- The sophomore receiver caught eight passes for 220 yards and a touchdown.

Charlie Moore, Bullard

-- The Panthers quarterback displayed his dual-threat capabilities, completing 14 of 20 passes for 214 yards and two touchdowns, plus rushing for 148 yards and a score.

Jared Murray, Grapeland

-- Murray threw a pair of touchdown passes in the final quarter to lift the Sandies.

John Patin, West Rusk

-- Patin ran for 160 yards in the Raiders' 29-23 win against T.K. Gorman.

Blake Pennington, Van

-- The receiver caught four passes for 118 yards and a touchdown, helping the Vandals down Rusk, 31-10.

C.J. Petty, Winona

-- Petty ran for 104 yards and a touchdown to help lead the Wildcats past Malakoff, 22-6.

Cameron Price, Gladewater

-- Price rushed 10 times for 131 yards and two touchdowns (13.1 yards per carry).

Frank Reddic, Kilgore

-- The Bulldogs running back finished with 167 yards and two touchdowns rushing in the 23-10 defeat of Hallsville.

Darrius Rogers, Edgewood

-- On Jameson's big night, Rogers was the quarterback's top receiver, hauling in 14 catches for 240 yards and four touchdowns.

Tyrik Rollison, Sulphur Springs

-- The standout quarterback completed 25 of 34 passes for 318 yards and four touchdowns, plus ran for 84 yards and another score.

Keandre Ross, Lindale

-- Ross finished with 196 yards rushing and a touchdown.

Tyler Sharpe, Van --

The Vandals quarterback completed 17 of 27 passes for 235 yards and two touchdowns.

Traylon Shead, Cayuga

-- The standout running back wasn't needed much in the big win, picking up 134 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.

Jacobbey Sinches, Mineola

-- The running back rushed for 260 yards, including a 16-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, to help Mineola hold off Quitman. He had three touchdowns.

Daniel Thompson, West Rusk

-- Thompson rushed for 204 yards and a touchdown, which came from 80 yards out to give the Raiders the lead for good in the fourth quarter, 29-23.

Matthew Tucker, Chapel Hill

-- The running back ran for a career-high 337 yards and five touchdowns in the blowout victory. He scored on runs of 45, 63, 61, 7 and 48 yards.

Chance Wallace, Canton

-- The Eagles quarterback completed 22 of 40 passes for 236 yards and two touchdowns.

Ryan Young, Sulphur Springs

-- Young, a transfer from Alba-Golden, rushed for 236 yards and a touchdown to lead the Wildcats on the ground.

Defense

Jordan Argabright, Harmony

-- The defender returned an interception 25 yards for one of the Eagles' two scores.

Cardavian Christian, Gladewater -- Christian registered eight tackles, including two tackles for losses and a sack.

Logan Edmondson, Sabine

-- Edmondson gave the Cardinals a 6-0 lead with a 14-yard fumble return in the second quarter.

Adam Greer, Lindale

-- The linebacker had 12 tackles and one tackle for loss.

DeMarquez Freeman, Lufkin

-- Freeman intercepted a fourth-down pass to seal the Panthers' narrow victory against John Tyler.

Justin Harris, T.K. Gorman

-- Harris returned a fumble 41 yards to the West Rusk 6-yard line, setting up a touchdown that helped the Crusaders tie the game in the fourth quarter.

Bryant Jackson, Sulphur Springs

-- The defensive back recorded two interceptions. He returned one 57 yards to the Whitehouse 6-yard line to set up a score.

Caleb Jones, Grace Community

-- The Cougar junior totaled 10 tackles, including four unassisted.

Clayton Kendrick, Van

-- The linebacker had 27 tackles (six solo) and three tackles for loss.

David Leonard, Nacogdoches

-- Leonard had two sacks to help lead the Dragons over Center, 26-6.

Lindale Unit

-- The Eagles allowed only 66 yards in the shutout effort.

Eric Mass, Lindale

-- The defensive end had two sacks, eight tackles, one tackle for loss and a quarterback pressure.

Benny Perkins, Nacogdoches

-- The linebacker had 12 tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery in the victory against Center.

Ryan Wigley, Van

-- The linebacker had 15 tackles (three solo) and three tackles for loss.

LaKendrick Wilkerson, John Tyler

-- The cornerback returned an interception 39 yards to the Lufkin 7, setting up a go-ahead touchdown.

Nathan Woodward, Grace Community

-- The Cougar senior had 12 tackles (five solo) and one forced fumble.

Special Teams

Tristain Warren, Brownsboro

-- Warren opened the Bears scoring with a 99-yard kickoff return in a 48-19 victory against Frankston.

All-Around

Stephen Blakemore, Athens -- Blakemore scored three touchdowns, including a 61-yard punt return to help spearhead the Hornets' 21-14 win against Mabank.

Matt Broussard, Lindale

-- The utility back ran for 169 yards and four touchdowns to help lead the Eagles past Wills Point in dominant fashion, 48-0. Broussard scored on runs of 5, 24, 58 and 57 yards in the first half. Defensively, he shut down Wills Point's top receiver.

Ronny Chalk, Big Sandy

-- Chalk ran for 228 yards and three touchdowns, plus recorded a 42-yard interception return for a score.

Michael Terry, Van

-- The Vandals running back had 98 yards and two touchdowns rushing, plus returned a kickoff 67 yards to the 5-yard line to set up another score.
