Oklahoma State Releases 2008 Summer Honor Rolls
A total of 1,047 students were named to the 2008 summer honor rolls at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, including 544 students who received all "A" grades and were named to the President's Honor Roll.
Full-time undergraduate students who completed six or more hours with a grade point average of 4.00 were placed on the President's Honor Roll. Local students are:
Denson Graduates From UT Southwestern
DALLAS -- Morgan Denson received a master of physical therapy degree from the UT Southwestern Allied Health Sciences School on Aug. 17.
She is the daughter of Mitchell and Melinda Denson of Tyler.
The Robert E. Lee High School graduate has a bachelor's degree in applied exercise physiology from Texas A&M University.
While at UT Southwestern, Ms. Denson was involved in student government, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels and both the American and Texas physical therapy associations. She was also inducted into the UT Southwestern chapter of the Alpha Eta Society, the national honor society for allied health students.
Ms. Denson has accepted a job as an outpatient physical therapist in Houston.
UT Southwestern Allied Health Sciences School is part of UT Southwestern Medical Center, which is ranked among the nation's top academic medical centers for its education, research and patient care.
