GILMER -- Upshur County Commiss-ioners, special session, 9 a.m. Upshur County Courthouse, third floor. Adopt budget and tax rate for 2009 fiscal year.

GILMER -- Upshur County Commissioners, regular session, 9 a.m. Upshur County Courthouse, third floor. Discuss and take action to grant a tax abatement for Duoline Technologies LP. Public hearing concerning establishing a reinvestment zone at the 28 acres located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 271 South and the Southeast corner of Bluebird.
