This information should be posted at every airport, boat dock, train and bus station worldwide: "If you are planning to come to the United States, and have any intention of committing a crime that could, by any stretch of the imagination, result in the death of anybody in the vicinity of said crime, be advised the United States has a death penalty. We don't care what country you happen to come from, while in America, you will be under the authority of American laws. We don't care what the laws in your country are. Break the law in America and you will be judged and sentenced under our laws. If you find this offensive, stay the .... out of America."
