NAACP Youth Council Plans Membership Drive
Tyler Smith County Youth Council, a branch of NAACP, will hold a membership drive 3-5 p.m. July 27 at Tyler Public Library’s Taylor Auditorium, 201 S. College Ave.

The cost of yearly membership is $10 for ages 10-17 and $30 for ages 18 and above.
