Building Permits
The city of Tyler issued 48 building permits, for $680,349 in estimated construction valuation, during the week of June 22-28.

Through May, the city issued 2,888 permits for an estimated valuation of $128.54 million. Through May 2007, it issued 2,787 permits for an estimated valuation of $93.97 million.

COMMERCIAL
  • The Salvation Army, 601 Golden Road, 576 square feet, storage building, $11,068.

  • Brad Anderson, 3709 Troup Highway, Suite 200, Sport Clips finish-out, $45,000.

  • Cowan Land & Cattle Co., 2012 Anthony Drive, 432 square feet, storage, $14,500.

  • Teletouch Communications Co., 2121 Old Henderson Highway, 2,500 square feet, workshop/vehicle radio installation, $48,500.


    • RESIDENTIAL
  • Francisco Jacobo, 711 Earle St., add 70 square feet, $2,500.


    • RESIDENTIAL REMODEL
  • Peter E. Jones, 1201 E. Laurel St., $11,000.

  • Maria L. Hernandez, 513 E. Front St., $500.

  • Linda Luman, 800 Moorehill Drive, $4,500.

  • Allen Guillory, 2203 W. Elm St., $1,500.


    • HVAC
    Twenty-three permits for 45 units and related work, $252,881.


    SIGN
    Fourteen permits, $215,400.


    SWIMMING POOL
    Two permits, $73,000.
