Rusk County Grand Jury Issues 21 Indictments
HENDERSON — A Rusk County grand jury returned the following indictments Wed-nesday:

  • Chasedy Debet Wilson, Henderson, injury to a child with intent bodily injury;

  • Christopher M. Grant, Reklaw, possession of controlled substance;

  • David Goree Van, Tyler, driving while intoxicated;

  • Donald Ray Warwick, Overton, possession of controlled substance;

  • German Juarez-Reta, Henderson, driving while intoxicated;

  • Howard Don Wesley, of Tyler, possession of controlled substance;

  • Jason Wayne Woodland, Mount Enterprise, possession of controlled substance;

  • Joey D. Shivers, Tatum, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;

  • John L. Hatter, Overton, assault on a public servant;

  • Johnny Ray Sullivan, Longview, possession of controlled substance;

  • Juan Alfredo Sanchez, Henderson, delivery/offer deliver dangerous drug in a school zone;

  • LeDarrin J. Johnson, Houston, possession of marijuana;

  • Margaret Anna Gilliland, Henderson, driving while intoxicated;

  • Ralph Muckleroy, Henderson, driving while intoxicated;

  • Randy Dwaine Jenkins of Henderson, evading arrest with motor vehicle;

  • Roderick Craig Scott, Overton, tampering with physical evidence;

  • Roger Wayne Porter, Henderson, driving while intoxicated;

  • Sam Larry Smith Jr., Shreveport, La., possession of controlled substance;

  • Samuel Tramain Harris, Kilgore, possession of controlled substance;

  • Timothy Arnold Birdwell, Henderson, driving while intoxicated;

  • Tony Jamarr Smith, Shreveport, La., possession of controlled substance.
