Warming Trend Expected To Begin Today
A warming trend should begin in East Texas on Wednesday with near normal temperatures and shower chances for the upcoming holiday weekend.

Minimum temperatures Wednesday morning should again be in the 60s, with low 70-degree readings for Thursday and Friday mornings. Afternoon high temperatures were from the high 80s to lower 90s, with lower 90-degree high readings forecast Wednesday through Friday.
Skies were clear to fair, with partly cloudy conditions likely Wednesday and Thursday before mostly cloudy conditions develop Friday and continue through the weekend.
Winds should shift into the south by Wednesday morning, and remain light and southerly for the remainder of the week.
