June 22: Terrific Tomato Fest
ROSES: Congratulations to the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce board of directors and staff and a hearty hometown thanks to all the tireless volunteers for a wildly successful Tomato Fest.
Many thanks to the sponsors, vendors and visitors working their way through the many opportunities for fun and food.
While we wait for the final numbers to be tallied and the economic impact to be calculated, I am confident this year's festival will prove to be one of the best ever in terms of crowd size and number of vendors.
Again, what a great day for Jacksonville and "hats off" to all that worked/volunteered to make it happen. Everyone should be proud of their accomplishment.
