RANT: Enough noise, please.

It's 1 a.m. and I've been woke up "again" by some ill-mannered, rude, inconsiderate idiot with his music on so loud it rattles my window. (I can't move, or I would) I live on a busy highway.

This is every night. We are tired of it. There are four houses nearby and we all get woke up. They need to put signs up for these young folks with these loud, annoying "Boom" boxes or whatever it is in their cars. Not everybody enjoys their eardrums busted and the constant beat of these cars with these big radios and speakers.

I thought Tyler had a noise ordinance. (I seem to remember I used to get tickets for the loud mufflers on my boyfriend's car.) Trucks can't use their engine brakes either, for heaven sakes. Those cars have that booming noise louder than the trains going over that crossing. You ever sit by one at a red light?
